My daughter and I went in on August 12, 2017. My daughter had pulled pork .... absolutely delicious . But I had roast beef and it tasted soured . So I ask to have it swapped out for chicken and dumplings. They did and they were delicious. We got the bill and they charged me a extra 8.95 just for a side of dumplings. I ask to speak to the manager and this young guy walks out and says I'm sorry u have to pay for a full plate . Now that is absolutely rideculous. I have went to high end restaurants and they swap out and do not charge. But here we are at a family operated restaurant and they charge me for a extra plate. Needless to say this was horrible on the managers end. Word of mouth is everything. They must could careless about customer service. Bomans's needs a new manager because this young kid has no clue how to treat customers !!!
Love this place! Food is great and the employees are very sweet. Love the hair nets!
